researching what seems to be our time’s plague

Posted: 03/13/2009 in health, learning

today i decided i wanted to do some researching.

i can’t fix what i’d like to fix.

i can’t do anything about it.

but i can educate myself as much as possible so i can make informed decisions for myself and my family.

this is very intriguing.

statistics are unreal.

this cycle must stop.

this just can’t be. 565,650 deaths in 2008 from cancer is too high. what is going on?

we’re missing something.

have to be.

please know, i  mean well. please do not become offended by any of my words or research. i'm simply on a journey
of figuring this out. i'm not judging anyone or pointing fingers. i'm just doing what i like to do, researching
and learning. i'm documented it here for my future references, for my children's future reference, and just in
case it is of some assistance to someone who needs it.

dr mercola’s website has several articles that i believe are relevant.

i found the last paragraph of this article to be especially interesting:

Kaufmann goes on further to explain how even antibiotics may play a role in the disease process. Antibiotics destroy the normal, protective gut bacteria, allowing intestinal yeast and fungi to grow unchecked. These internal, gut yeast make toxins, too. This can lead to immune suppression, symptoms of any autoimmune disease, or even cancer. “If the onset of any symptom or disease- cancer included- was preceded by a course of antibiotics,” he maintains, “then look for a fungus to be at the root of your problem.”

another conclusion i have made from experience… i worked in our church building daily. after having lizzie i tried to go back to work. i couldn’t. it wasn’t that i couldn’t get my work done with an infant; i could (thanks to my ring sling) it was because the mold is so bad in that old church that i had chronic mastitis. this is extremely controversial. i understand that. explain to me why i stopped getting mastitis when i stopped going there daily or even a few days a week. (short periods of mold exposure does not do as much damage as quickly as continually mold exposure which does not allow your body to heal/recover from the mold exposure). mastitis is a blockage in a duct that makes milk build up and get infected. eliminating the “thing” that causes the blockage is key to “curing” mastitis. the blockage is yeast, fungi, mold which causes the milk to be clumpy… this causes lumps in the breast, that start out pea sized and grow larger the longer it’s there. yes, you can get mastitis without being a nursing mother, it’s called breast cancer. this is just ONE example i have of why i believe these articles are on to something. his articles also backs my belief, “we are what we eat”.

one reference below (if you wish for more google "mastitis yeast" and you'll be overwhelmed with results)

Yeast Infections. Yeast (fungus) infections in the mother or thrush in the baby’s mouth can lead to breast inflammation and possibly mastitis. A woman who treats mastitis with antibiotics and does not see improvement within twenty-four hours may want to call her doctor and request that a culture be done on her breast milk and baby’s mouth to check for the possibility of a yeast infection.

this man explained this concept very well in my opinion, in his book, cancer is a fungus

Cancer is fungus by Dr. Tullio Simoncini

Among the many books that try to give an answer to the problem, the one given by the oncologist Tullio Simoncini distinguishes itself by its simplicity and its innovative ideology.

The book “Cancer is a fungus” describes how a fungous infection always forms the basis of every neoplastic formation, and this formation tries to spread within the whole organism without stopping. The growth of the fungous colonies, together with the reaction of the tissue that tries to defend itself against the invasion, causes the tumour. This is a simple and solely extracellular phenomenon.

Therefore, there is only one cause of cancer: candida, which, according to the anatomical branch concerned causes different histological reactions. This is the reason why there are so many types of tumours.

At the moment, sodium bicarbonate (in a solution of 5% or 8.4%) is the only remedy capable of making the tumours disappear completely. In order to get the maximum of damaging effect, the sodium bicarbonate should be brought into direct contact with the tissue. This can be done by bringing a special catheter into the arteries that go to different organs, or by using the conventional endoscopic methods.

(i’ve not researched treatment and am not sure i agree that sodium bicarbonate is the ONLY way)

this is just heartbreaking to me. it doesn’t have to be this hard. all these people shouldn’t be dying from this! this makes all the sense in the world to me. this completely eliminates cancer’s mystery (in my mind) this theory answers all my questions. now it just makes me really sad.

comments are welcome as always. opinions always welcome (or i wouldn't say my strong opinions on here myself).
please be kind. note: this is my own amateur research, i'm not implying anything other than this *could* possibly
be vital information for us as we raise our next generation.

Cool! I might have to print this off and send it to my uncle, who is ‘dying’ from cancer… *only if they would stop ‘trusting’ chemo and radiation*
Thanks for doing the research, I’ll check more into it when the kids are in bed..

  2. Britt says:

Cancer simply sucks. My paternal grandmother has lost a breast to it. My maternal grandmother lost her life to it. My maternal grandfather is fighting it right now. And my youngest sister spent her toddler years in a hospital fighting it.

By the grace of God, she won .. along with the help of chemo. I’m sure chemo and radiation aren’t the only answers, and I’m sure that diet, exercise and lifestyle choices can help greaten your odds of keeping it away or helping to get rid of it. But chemo and radiation certainly cannot be discounted, in my opinion.

I don’t think it’s as simple as Dr. Simoncini makes it out to be. Cancer strikes all different people, in different living situations, lifestyles ect. Some races are born with predispositions for certain types of cancer. We know of some things, tobacco and certain hormone therapies for instance, that can greaten your risk of certain types of cancer.

I’m just glad God has given us the knowledge and some tools to at least have a fighting chance to prevent and get rid of it.
